1. The first way to make alot of coins on ultimate team is to never buy packs(unless you have Microsoft points or a psn card) gold packs go from 5000 coins- 100,000 coins think about all the high quality players you could buy with 100,000. about 1 pack in 10 will have something in it that will get you profit. i am one of those people that cant help opening packs and have never got anything worth over 200k but if i saved my money i could have over 1 million
2. formation cards . Alot of people don't realise how much some formation cards can go for a 4-1-2-1-2 card can go for up to 15k alot of people don't realise this and put them up for really cheap prices. so to get alot of coins "search" training formation cards then put about 500-800 buy now if you see any 85 non shiny cards buy them although they arnt shiny they can still go for about 2-3k and give you a profit of 2-2.5k per card so if you brought 10 you would of spent about 5-8k and could get back up to 25k. also 80 rated formation cards can get you alot of coins when the gold jumbo packs are out and its "happy hour" people will be putting up those formation cards for around 200-300 coins buy as many of these as you can in the hour, then the next day when the gold player packs are out you can put them up for double or even triple the prices depending on card.
3. position cards Position cards are alot like formation cards there are alot that sell for about 500 coins but there are also ones that sell for over 10k. The best method to use on formation cards is search buy now maximum 1000 coins and get to around the 59 minute, once you have got there buy any of these that you see lw-lm, rw-rm, cf-cam, cam-cm, lwb-lb, rwb-Rb, cf-st, and cdm-cm cards. those cards are all 95 rated so they should be easy to spot out. some will only sell for around for 2k others will sell for 8k+.
4. 59 minute The 59 minute teqhnique is one of the most used teqhinques in ultimate team, basically you select a price depending on how many coins you have or what you want to spend, for example i could put 20k minimum buy now 30k maximum buy now i could also select a league like the Barclay's premier league to narrow the search down once you have done this you search the go through the pages until you get to the 59 Minuit(this could take a while depending on time of day). what happens is some people don't know the prices of players so they put them up for cheaper than there average price i used Barclay's premier league in the example because most people know the prices of them and wont have to search the players price of they don't know what they are worth.the best cards to look out for when you are doing this is the inform cards(black cards) because they are usually worth more than the shiny cards and might be able to make a better profit.
5.Kits and badges There are alot of silver kits and badges that are worth alot of coins especially one in the MLS the most expensive ones are Sounders FC, NY red bulls, LA galaxy. if you can buy these kits for around 200- 500 coins you could make alot of profit with every kit or badge.
6. Price fixing -Price fixing is an expensive but effective coin method. it is where you buy all of a player (or kit, badge) on the market and put hem up for a bit more than what you brought them for. you have to be patient when you use this method because they wont all straight away you might have to put them up a few times. the best cards to price fix are the inform ones that have only been inform once because you can never get them in packs again and there are no other higher or lower inform versions of them on the market so if people really want them they will buy yours. but remember don't but players up for ridiculous prices because no one will ever buy them for example if you brought 10 of a player and he was 2k don't put him up for 10k buy now, put it up for about 3-5k and you can still make 10k profit but obviously the more you spend the more you will make.
7. Bronze pack method The bronze pack method is the method to use when you have about 1k-5k it is where you buy about 3 400 coin bronze packs and put up all the item for 200 coins( unless you know they are worth more). by doing this method you are almost guaranteed profit because you get 12 items if they all sell for 200 coins that's 2400 coins and 2k profit. but this method isn't good to use if you have other 20k.
8. Development cards (Gold contracts, healing, fitness) gold contracts some days can sell up to about 700 coins this is usually when the gold players premium packs are out if you search buy now 400-500 and buy all the ones you find and fill up your trade pile you could be spending about 10k and getting pack around 20k so a 20k profit in a short amount of time. the same rules go for healing cards as well but for fitness cards search for the squad fitness cards for under 1k and they could sell for around 3k.
